Join a walking netball session
A friend has invited you to do this with them.
Walking netball is netball played at walking pace with the rules slightly tweaked, so the game turns on passing and positioning instead of sprinting. Sessions are run weekly by trained hosts in leisure centres and community venues, and you can pay for one session at a time.
