Daily puzzles
Four puzzles, new every day
A word wheel, a word ladder, a sudoku and a numbers target. Do one or do all four. Today's are gone at midnight.
The Wheel
Make words of four letters or more, always using the middle letter. There is at least one nine-letter word.

The Ladder
Climb from the top word to the bottom one. Each rung changes exactly one letter of the word above it, and every rung must be a real word.

Numbers
Make the target. Tap a number, then a sign, then another number: the two become their answer. Use each number once at most. You do not have to use them all.

How it works
- Four different puzzles a day, the same for everyone, changing at your own midnight.
- Three levels. Gentle, Steady and Hard are separate puzzles, not the same one with fewer hints, so you can do the Gentle ladder and the Hard sudoku on the same day. Change level whenever you like.
- The Wheel: each letter can be used only as often as it appears. No names and no hyphens. British and American spellings both count. The harder the level, the more words you need.
- The Ladder: any real word will do for a rung, as long as only one letter changes each time.
- Sudoku: every row, column and outlined box holds each number once. Gentle is a small six-by-six grid. Every grid has exactly one answer.
- Numbers: add, subtract, multiply or divide. Every answer along the way must be a whole number above zero. Every target can be reached.
Hints are free and never cost you your streak.
