Breathe underwater on a try dive
A friend has invited you to do this with them.

How to start
- Use the British Sub-Aqua Club's club finder in the UK, or PADI's dive centre locator anywhere in the world, to find a try dive near you.
- Read and complete the medical declaration the club or dive centre sends you before you book.
- Bring swimwear and a towel, and tell the instructor if your ears are uncomfortable as you go down.
