See the wildlife of the Galápagos Islands
A friend has invited you to do this with them.
The Galápagos National Park manages 176 visitor sites across the islands, 85 on land for walking and 91 at sea for snorkelling, kayaking, diving and panga rides. In this Natural World Heritage Site, visitors are asked to keep two metres from the animals, cameras included.

How to start
- Read the Galápagos National Park Directorate's visitor pages, which list the visitor sites and what you may do at each.
- Book with authorised tour operators only, as the park asks every visitor to do.
- Learn the visit rules before you go; keep your distance from wildlife, never touch or feed the animals, stay on the trails and take nothing away, not even stones or sand.
