Draft a complaint letter with an AI assistant
A friend has invited you to do this with them.
A complaint letter is a good test of an AI assistant, because you already know the facts and can see at once whether the draft has them right. Official template letters from Citizens Advice in the UK and the Federal Trade Commission in the US give you a standard to check the result against.

- Give an AI assistant the facts, the outcome you want and the tone you want, leaving out account numbers and other personal details.
- Check the draft against the official template, correct anything the assistant got wrong, and add your own details before you send it.
